Axinn is proud to announce that counsel Rebecca Clegg and associates Caroline Boisvert and Tasneem Chowdhury have been accepted into the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2025 professional development programs.
Rebecca has been named to the prestigious LCLD Fellows program, a year-long professional development initiative that focuses on leadership and relationship-building for next-generation leaders. Tasneem and Caroline have been chosen for the LCLD Pathfinders program, a seven-month professional development experience that helps high-potential mid-career attorneys build foundational leadership skills and professional networks. Both programs provide opportunities for participants to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching.
"We are enthusiastic about the professional development opportunities these programs will provide for Rebecca, Caroline, and Tasneem," said Jeny Maier, Managing Partner of Axinn. "These programs will help them grow as leaders while reinforcing our firm’s commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession, which benefits our colleagues, clients, and communities."
LCLD is an organization of over 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating a more diverse legal profession. LCLD’s programs are designed to support the advancement of diverse attorneys into leadership roles, promoting inclusiveness within organizations and the legal field to ultimately build a more equitable profession.
