Who’s Who Legal Recognizes Seven Axinn Attorneys

Axinn is pleased to announce that seven Axinn attorneys have been named by Who’s Who Legal in 2017.

Steve Axinn, John Briggs and John Harkrider have once again been identified as being among the world’s leading competition lawyers. Based on Global Competition Review’s independent research with clients and peers, they are included in the 2017 Who’s Who Legal: Competition publication.

Who’s Who Legal and Global Competition Review recently launched a new sister publication, Who’s Who Legal: Competition Future Leaders, focusing on the leading practitioners age 45 and under within the competition community. The guide aims to identify future leaders of the international competition community. Daniel Bitton, Nick Gaglio and Jeny Maier were among those recognized in the premier version of this publication and were selected by independent research with clients and peers.

Jim Veltrop was identified as a leading patent lawyer and is again included in the 2017 Who’s Who Legal: Patent publication, a comprehensive guide to the leading lawyers and patent agents worldwide. This list is also determined by independent research with clients and peers.

Tracking The Rare 'Quick Look' Win In FTC's Zillow-Redfin Suit

In early May, U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia made quick work of Zillow and Redfin's motion to dismiss the complaints brought against them by the Federal Trade Commission and several states, denying the motion in a four-page opinion.
