Axinn Represented McKesson in its $1.4 Billion Acquisition of CoverMyMeds LLC

Axinn represented McKesson Corporation, a leading global health care services and information technology company, in its acquisition of CoverMyMeds LLC, a leading provider of automated prior authorization solutions to pharmacies, providers, payers and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The acquisition of CoverMyMeds supports McKesson’s commitment to provide a comprehensive set of services and solutions that drive value across the health care continuum and secure patients’ access to their prescribed drugs. The deal closed on April 3, 2017.
