John Briggs Wins 2015 Antitrust Writing Award

John Briggs, a senior partner and antitrust practice co-chair, has been announced as a winner of the 2015 Antitrust Writing Awards. A distinguished panel comprised of MM. Douglas Ginsburg, Alexander Italianer, Frédéric Jenny, William Kovacic, Howard Shelanski and Joshua Wright elected his article “Schrödinger’s Cat and Extraterritoriality” as the winner of the Academic category, Cross Borders section. All winners were announced on April 14th at the gala dinner, the eve of the ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting.
