Axinn is Lead Antitrust Counsel in Dell’s $67B Acquisition of EMC

Axinn is acting as lead antitrust and global coordinating counsel to Dell Inc. in connection with its acquisition of EMC Corporation. The transaction, which will create the world’s largest privately-controlled, integrated technology company, is valued at approximately $67 billion. The Axinn team is led by partners John Harkrider, Michael Keeley, Daniel Bitton and Russell Steinthal, and assisted by associate Michael O’Mara.
