Axinn represented Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL), a leading provider of integrated software and technology services to the public sector, in its $2.3 billion acquisition of NIC Inc. (Nasdaq: EGOV), a leading digital government solutions and payments company. The deal closed on April 21, 2021. The Axinn antitrust team was led by partner Jeny Maier, and assisted by associate Laviana Alharmoosh.
