Axinn Advises Iconic Sports Manufacturer Easton Diamond Sports in Proposed Transaction with Rawlings

As a further testament to Axinn’s extensive experience in the sporting goods sector, the firm announced today its representation as antitrust counsel of Easton Diamond Sports, an iconic manufacturer of baseball and softball equipment, in its deal to combine with Rawlings, a leading manufacturer and marketer of sporting goods in the United States. Axinn is also acting on behalf of Easton Diamond Sports’ ownership, Peak Achievement Athletics Inc., Sagard Holdings and Fairfax Financial, in the deal. Announced October 20, 2020, this deal is the latest addition to Axinn’s robust roster of sports brand representations, including Nike, Converse, Bauer Hockey, Performance Sports Group and the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
