Matt Becker, Jim Veltrop, John Briggs, Steve Axinn and Fran Morrison were named to the list of 2015 Best Lawyers in America.

In addition, Jim Veltrop was named "Lawyer of the Year" (Hartford – Litigation/Intellectual Property) by Best Lawyers. Only a single lawyer in each practice area in each community is bestowed this honor.

Four years ago, Best Lawyers partnered with U.S. News & World Report, the leading rankings publication in the U.S., to rank law firms. Best Lawyers compiles lists of outstanding attorneys by conducting peer-review surveys in which tens of thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers.
