On August 22, Axinn partners Brian Johnson and Joseph Micallef will speak on "The Interaction of IPRs with Parallel Litigation" at the Bay Area CHIZAI (IP)'s 65th Seminar.
This seminar will focus on recent developments in intellectual property disputes, with particular attention to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and its interplay with district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC).
