On October 8, Axinn partner Jacklin Chou Lem will speak on the "Antitrust 101: Trial-Minded Antitrust Discovery" webinar, hosted by the California Lawyers Association.
The webinar will offer tools and strategies for conducting discovery in antitrust matters in a manner designed for trial readiness. Speakers will review relevant rules of civil procedure and antitrust laws with a focus on cases involving Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and the Cartwright Act.
