On March 11, Axinn partner Jacklin Chou Lem will moderate the "Trends and Recent Developments in Criminal Antitrust Enforcement" panel at the American Bar Association's White Collar Crime Institute, being held March 10-13 in San Diego.
Panelists will discuss:
- Recent criminal antitrust enforcement priorities, trends, and developments;
- How maturing leniency programs and new tools, such as whistleblower rewards, are enhancing detection and deterrence of price-fixing, bid-rigging, and market-allocation cartels;
