ABA 2026 Antitrust Global Seminar Series

On September 2, Axinn partner Jimmy Attridge will speak on the "Competitor Collaborations, Information Sharing and Algorithms" panel during the American Bar Association's 2026 Antitrust Global Seminar Series, being held in Brussels, Belgium.

Agencies around the world are focusing more and more on new ways that companies can potentially violate the antitrust laws.  The tricky topic of when collaborations, information sharing and the use of algorithms move from lawful to a potential criminal violation will be the subject of discussion among expert panelists from around the world.
