Axinn associate Seth Heller participated in a webcast entitled, "That's a Fact! The Role of Factual Disputes in PTAB Institution Decisions in the Life Sciences." Presented by the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the panel discussion focused on how the PTAB addresses factual disputes when deciding whether to institute trial and when and how recent rule changes may be helpful.
