On April 15, Axinn partner Jason Murata participated in the presentation, “Biotech IP Protection in the U.S.” at the Bay Area CHIZAI 43rd Seminar.
Panelists discussed how in-house counsels are realizing IP protection/utilization through cooperation with outside counsels. Panelists also explained the hottest patent law issues including written description/enablement requirements and patent prosecution and litigation strategies.
