Stacie Soohyun Cho is an associate in the antitrust group in Axinn’s New York office. Her practice is focused on merger analysis and antitrust counseling. She has advised clients in industries including IT, healthcare and private equity.
Prior to law school, Stacie worked as a senior analyst at Analysis Group, where she supported economic experts in high stakes antitrust litigation and class actions. She earned her JD from the University of Michigan Law School. At Michigan, she was Associate Editor of the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review and President of the Asian Pacific Law Students Association. Stacie graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College in 2011 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Mathematics. She is fluent in Korean and English.
