
Patrick Doyle is an associate in the intellectual property group in Axinn’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on a broad variety of litigation and patent matters across a diverse number of industries and technologies including speech recognition, mobile gaming, software, virtual reality, medical devices, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Axinn, Patrick worked for a prominent AmLaw 100 firm. Patrick received his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law. While in law school, he was a law student clerk at a prominent Chicago IP boutique and was elected to the editorial board for the DePaul Law Review. Patrick’s article concerning the International Trade Commission’s jurisdiction over the internet was published in volume 66 of the DePaul Law Review. Patrick was a summer associate at Brinks Glison & Lione in 2016. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University in 2014.
