Kevin Adams is an associate in the antitrust group in Axinn’s New York office. His practice focuses on antitrust law in a variety of contexts, including class action and multidistrict litigation, M&A analysis, and government investigations. Kevin was a summer associate with Axinn in 2021.

Kevin earned his JD, summa cum laude, at The George Washington University Law School. While in law school, he served as a Managing Editor for The George Washington Law Review. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board, and tutored students in Antitrust, Civil Procedure, and Evidence. Prior to joining Axinn, Kevin was a legal intern at the Federal Trade Commission – Bureau of Competition in Mergers II, where he assisted in investigations of mergers and acquisitions in high-tech industries. He also was a legal intern at the US Department of Justice – Antitrust Division in the Civil Conduct Task Force. In this role, he assisted with an investigation into a potential Sherman Act Section 1 violation by a prominent e-sports league. Kevin also was a Law Clerk on the Appellate Litigation Team at the National Veterans Legal Services Program, where he assisted on cases appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims by veterans who were wrongfully denied disability benefits by the VA.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
