
Keith Holleran is an associate in the antitrust group in Axinn’s Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on representing clients before the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission in antitrust litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and government investigations. He also represents clients in high-profile private antitrust and class action litigation.
Keith earned his JD at the George Mason University-Antonin Scalia School of Law. There, he received the Outstanding Achievement in Antitrust Law Award. Keith holds a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary. While at George Mason, Keith was a Research Assistant for Professor Joshua Wright and was the Committee Chair for the Global Antitrust Institute Invitational for the Moot Court Board. Prior to joining Axinn, he was also an intern to the Honorable Steven M. Wellner at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Keith was a Summer Associate/Law Clerk with Axinn from 2019 to 2020.
