
Jennifer is an eDiscovery attorney in the firm’s Hartford office where she practices in the firm’s intellectual property and complex litigation groups. She counsels clients on all aspects of discovery, including vendor selection, managing litigation holds and document preservation, collection, processing, review, production, and drafting discovery plans, protective orders, and discovery responses.
Jennifer manages teams of contract attorneys by designing appropriate work flows, training materials, evaluating productivity, and tracking deadlines. She specializes in assisting clients in developing work flows for document review and deposition preparation that maximize cost-savings and efficiency.
