Emily B. Hutson

Emily Hutson’s antitrust experience includes private litigation; investigations; and litigation involving U.S. and international antitrust enforcement agencies. She has also counseled clients throughout the HSR merger review process and Second Request investigations. She has advised clients across a range of industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, and technology.

Prior to joining Axinn, Emily practiced in the antitrust and competition department of a global law firm. She earned her JD at the Washington University School of Law, where she was a Primary Editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from Macalester College.
