Catherine Scroope is an eDiscovery attorney with experience in numerous types of matters including, second requests/mergers, antitrust litigation, internal investigations, governmental investigations, pharmaceutical IP, and trademark/copyright infringement.

Prior to joining Axinn, Catherine started her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she worked in a trial bureau conducting jury and bench trials, indicting over 100 felony cases. Additionally, her experience includes discovery tasks, such as document review, quality control, privilege review, and witness kit preparation at a multinational law firm. She has managed teams of document reviewers on second request cases for a Fortune 500 company, a prison commissary company, and a packaging company, as well as litigation reviews for two pharmaceutical companies.

Catherine earned her JD at Saint John’s University School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame.
