Ausra Deluard is an antitrust associate in Axinn’s San Francisco office. Her experience includes high stakes antitrust merger litigation and civil and criminal antitrust investigations. Additionally, Ausra has advised clients in several matters of antitrust risk including proposed acquisitions, global pricing and distribution policies, competitor collaborations, licensing arrangements, interlocking directorates, and pharmaceutical settlements.
Prior to joining Axinn, Ausra practiced in the antitrust department of a global law firm. She earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2008, where she was Assistant Editor for the Berkeley International Law Journal. She holds a BSC in Finance and a BS in Psychology from Santa Clara University. Ausra is also an adjunct professor at UC Hastings College of Law.
