Anthony Khong is a technical specialist with Axinn in the New York office. He received his PhD in Organic Chemistry from Yale University and his BS in Chemistry from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.  Anthony is a patent agent admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  He has extensive experience in patent litigation involving the life sciences, including numerous Hatch-Waxman pharmaceutical cases.  As an organic chemist, Anthony conducted bench-top organic, physical and medicinal chemistry research.
