
Alexander Kraszewski’s practice spans both the litigation and transactional sides of antitrust; he has worked on a number of complex litigations and merger reviews, including Sunrun’s $3.2 billion acquisition of Vivint Solar.
Alexander earned his JD at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, magna cum laude, and was the recipient of the law school’s Henry G. Manne Award for Excellence in Law & Economics. While in law school he served as research assistant to former FTC Commissioner Joshua Wright and the Global Antitrust Institute. He also worked as an intern for FCC Chairman Ajit Pai. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Virginia.
