Adam Cella is an associate in the antitrust group in Axinn’s Washington, D.C. office. Adam’s practice focuses on merger investigations, merger analysis, and antitrust counseling. He has worked on merger investigations brought by both the FTC and DOJ, as well as complex investigations involving state attorneys general and international competition enforcement agencies outside of the United States. Adam has advised clients across multiple industries including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and energy.

Adam received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2016 where he was Associate Editor of the Journal of International Law. During law school he received an international human rights fellowship to work on litigation at the Mental Disability Advocacy Center in Budapest, Hungary. He received his BA in Economics and Political Science from The George Washington University where he spent his time working in the United States House of Representatives for Congressman Jon Runyan.
