On December 9, Axinn partner Chad Landmon participated in a webinar entitled, "The Future of Generic Drug Competition: Deconstructing FDA and Congressional Initiatives" hosted by FDAnews. 

This webinar addressed the various pathways to expedite approval of generic drug applications including the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Panelists also discussed what Congressional initiatives and measures are being proposed to spur generic drug competition.
