Axinn sponsored the Association of Corporate Counsel's inaugural Mid-Year Meeting on April 10 - 12 in New York City. Axinn partner Tom Rohback joined three other panelists to discuss "Handling Data Breaches When – Not If – They Happen." Attendees worked through a data breach scenario and discussed best practices for information sharing, notification protocols and responding to the media. This session was jointly presented by Axinn and the ACC Compliance & Ethics Committee.
