On October 20, Axinn partner Koren Wong-Ervin participated in the Competition Policy International and CCIA session, “Back to the Future: In Need of a New Antitrust Framework?” as part of a multi-day program entitled, “Antitrust in an Election Year: Challenges Ahead.”

Speakers discussed whether or not antitrust tools would still hold up in the face of the digital giants or if there is a need to rethink, reshuffle, and reinvent the global approach to competition.
