Axinn partner Chad Landmon spoke at ACI's 27th FDA Boot Camp in New York. Chad's presentation, "Using FDA’s Citizen Petition Process and Litigation to Achieve Market Success," provided an overview of the Citizen Petition process and went on to discuss maximizing the chance of success before FDA; whether or not to sue FDA; strategies for prevailing in Court against FDA and recent court decisions involving FDA issues.
