On December 3, Axinn partner Jason Murata spoke on a panel entitled, "Trade Secrets: Global & Domestic Strategies" at the Centerforce IP Strategy Summit: Global & Domestic in Silicon Valley. 

Jason’s panel discussed areas of trade secrets liability, including policies and trainings; exiting employees, onboarding and high-stakes markets; and the necessary damage control when there is a breach.
