Axinn partner Koren Wong-Ervin spoke on a panel entitled, “UMC Rulemaking: What Business Impact?” at Concurrences' Rulemaking Authority of the Federal Trade Commission Conference  held June 27 in Washington, DC and hybrid.

Panelists discussed how the development of unfair competition methods may lead to certain impacts on business, such as chilling effects or the creation of certain authorities.
