On April 26, Axinn partner Michael Keeley will speak on a panel entitled, "Practical Approaches to Merger Control in the Age of Uncertainty" at CompLaw's Advanced EU Competition Law Conference, being held April 25-26 in London. 

Panelists will discuss several topics on merger control including, managing risk in light of EU Article 22 guidance; managing multijurisdictional mergers, including parallel reviews post-Brexit; divergence in UK and EU approaches; and practical tips for creating clean teams.
