On December 17 CST, Axinn partner Koren Wong-Ervin participated in a panel entitled, "The Impact of Changes in the Global Data Regulatory Environment on the Industry," hosted by the Boao Forum for Asia.

The panelists discussed the changing global data regulatory environment, the differences in digital economy regulation policies between the U.S., EU, and China, the coordination of standards in cross-border data flows, and the improvement of multilateral and bilateral digital governance.
