On January 20, Axinn partners Thomas Rohback and Craig Reiser and associate Eva Yung presented a Celesq^® CLE program entitled, "Preparing for the Unexpected: The Ethical Obligation to Plan Ahead." This program reviewed the Rules of Professional Conduct requiring preparedness, and then focused on practical suggestions and steps attorneys can take to fulfill their obligations to their clients.
