On October 19, Axinn partner Koren Wong-Ervin spoke on a panel entitled, "A New Era for Competition Enforcement and Policy?" at Competition Policy International's Challenges to Antitrust in a Changing Economy Conference held virtually October 19 through November 9. 

Panelists discussed issues with competition policy and enforcement tools in the new era of the digital economy as the traditional antitrust wisdom finds itself at an intersection with the emergence of innovative technologies and business models.
