On June 20, Axinn partner Koren Wong-Ervin participated in a panel entitled "Safe Harbour Screens and Structural Presumptions" at the annual Economist Roundtable hosted by the Canadian Bar Association's Economics and Law Committee and the Competition Bureau's Economic Analysis Directorate. 

Participants discussed the relevance and importance of safe harbour screens and structural presumptions in civil matters.
