On September 23, Axinn partner Chad Landmon participated in a virtual panel entitled, "Part 1 – Patents and Related IP Protections and Mechanisms" at ACI's 35th Annual FDA Boot Camp. 

This panel addressed strategies for building patent protection for drugs and biologics and identifying the PTO and FDA clearances necessary for trade name / trademark approval on your product.
