On September 15, Axinn counsel Thomas Hedemann, Matthew Murphy, and eDiscovery attorney Brooke Oppenheimer spoke at the virtual CBA Connecticut Legal Conference on the Business Law Track session entitled, "Navigating Opportunities and Risks Presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI): Intellectual Property, Data, and Regulatory Challenges." This course was presented by the Intellectual Property Section.

This program provided practitioners with practical guidance for identifying and managing legal risks and opportunities relating to AI systems by focusing on intellectual property, data privacy and security, and current and future regulatory environments.
