The Rise of Precompetitive Collaboration
December 5, 2012
Gail Dutton
Life Science Leader

Axinn partner Chad Landmon was quoted in the Life Science Leader article, “The Rise of Precompetitive Collaboration." The article outlines the increased use of precompetitive agreements by biopharmaceutical firms, and the potential drawbacks of relying on those agreements. Chad comments that, “Antitrust issues are a particular concern with precompetitive collaborations. There are ways to engage in precompetitive agreements without antitrust coming into play, but be very careful who your collaborators are and how data is shared.”
