Axinn associate Brandon Boxbaum's report on a December 15, 2015 panel discussion about multistate indirect purchaser actions was published in Competition Torts News, the newsletter of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Competition Torts Committee.

As summarized in Brandon's report, the panel, which was moderated by Axinn partner Rachel Adcox, addressed the impact of Illinois Brick Co. v. Illinois and the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 on multistate indirect purchaser class actions. The panelists also discussed several issues that can arise when dealing with claims from both indirect and direct purchasers.
