Hartford Business Journal

The Hartford Business Journal has named Axinn partner Chad Landmon one of its “40 under 40” winners for 2011. Landmon, who chairs the firm’s U.S. FDA Practice Group and has an active intellectual property practice, was recognized as an up and coming leader in central Connecticut.

By naming Mr. Landmon a “40 Under 40” winner, the Business Journal has identified him as one of the region’s best and brightest young professionals. The publication has been bestowing the honor for the past 15years; Mr. Landmon was chosen by an independent panel of judges – all previous winners.

Mr. Landmon has petitioned the FDA and litigated disputes involving a wide range of issues involving FDA approval standards and marketing exclusivities. In addition to FDA law, Mr. Landmon practices patent litigation and counseling, with a focus on the life sciences industry.  He has been involved with numerous, high-stakes patent cases in the pharmaceutical industry across the country, and he actively counsels clients in the biologics and human tissue industry, including on issues relating to the use of adult stem cells.

The Hartford Business Journal is recognizing Mr. Landmon by highlighting his achievements in a special publication and at an awards event Sept. 26, 2011.  Please view the article here:
