Kail Jethmalani represents clients across industries in all areas of antitrust law, including high-stakes litigation, domestic and cross-border mergers, and investigations.

Rebecca Clegg's practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation and counseling, particularly in the fields of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and semiconductors. Rebecca regularly litigates medical device and Hatch-Waxman Paragraph IV patent infringement suits. She also has experience representing clients in commercial litigation cases.

Carol Liu advises U.S. and foreign companies in high-stake antitrust and class action litigation, government investigations, and cross-border merger reviews before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, and international enforcers in Europe and Asia.
