Tune in to Channel 13 at noon on January 26th to see Steve Axinn and host Richard Heffner discuss the subject of the limits on Executive branch authority to abstain from enforcement of laws on the books, particularly, but not exclusively, antitrust laws under the Constitution.

The Open Mind is the longest-running television interview program in public television, and host Richard D.
