On February 3, 2011, Chad Landmon, Chair of the FDA Practice Group at Axinn, gave a presentation at the American Intellectual Property Law Association's Mid-Winter Institute before the Special Committee on the FDA. The presentation focused on FDA's November 2010 hearings on the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act.
