The National Law Journal

With a trio of congressional bills in the works proposing regulations  that would create a new industry for generic versions of biologics, a class of medicines created from living tissues or organisms that have much larger molecules than pharmaceutical drugs, Axinn’s Chad Landmon sat down with Sheri Qualters of The National Law Journal to discuss the legislation, what it’s likelihood of passing is, and how this will be beneficial to patients and health care providers going forward. A question and answer article was the result of the interview.

The article, entitled “A regulatory path for generic versions of biologics,” was published by The National Law Journal on June 16, 2009.
