Mentoring Program & Business Development
Mentors play an important role in acclimating new attorneys to the firm, advising on firm or career-related issues and helping associates succeed on a day-to-day basis. All associates are paired with a junior and senior attorney who can help guide them as they progress through their career.
All Attorneys create and update an annual Business Development plan. Attorneys receive Marketing and Business Development training as well as one-on-one coaching from our Head of Marketing & Business Development.
