Axinn joined the New York Intellectual Property Law Association Patent Litigation and Women in IP Law committees in hosting "Hot Topics and Issues in the Biosimilars Space: Part Two." As a follow-up to the NYIPLA's 2016 program, panelists — including Axinn partner Chad Landmon — discussed recent case law and updates in FDA implementation and policy development. Strategies for clearing intellectual property hurdles involving biologics in inter partes reviews and the mechanics of the patent dance were also addressed.
