Axinn, together with co-counsel Dewey LeBoeuf, is representing Omnicare Inc. in its proposed $716 million acquisition of PharMerica Corp.  The Axinn team includes John Harkrider, Michael Keeley, Russell Steinthal and Daniel Bitton.
